Joseph Padgett is a native of Coastal Georgia and practices out of our Brunswick office. Prior to joining Roden Law, Joseph worked for a large regional firm where he defended insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury and wrongful death cases. From this experience, Joseph gained firsthand knowledge regarding insurance and transportation companies and how they work up and evaluate claims. Joseph now uses this experience to advocate for the rights of injured individuals. Prior to law school, Joseph owned and operated semi-trucks in the Savannah area, giving him hands-on experience in the transportation industry. Joseph is bilingual and uses this ability to serve our Spanish-speaking clients in their own language.
